WebWave | Product Manager
At WebWave, I am the product department manager. I am responsible for the development and stable maintenance of the application. I lead a team of UX and UI designers as well as a QA tester. I am responsible for prioritizing the team’s tasks, as well as managing the roadmap of tasks implemented by developers.
Product Management
Together with my team we are planning product development. We analyze the competition, design new functionalities and respond to the needs of our users.
Backlog Management
I am responsible for prioritizing the tasks performed by programmers. My goal is to optimize their work in such a way that they deliver as many tasks as possible in the shortest possible time.
